This Weekend

catch up time. saturday husbter and i got in a fight cuz we decided not to go out and then at the last minute he called and told me to get dressed cuz we were going out. that made me mad cuz he didn't ASK if we could change our minds and go out after all instead he just calls and tells me we are. so i said no. then we went back and forth like 1st graders get dressed, no, get dressed, no. eventually i took a shower and got dressed and then we ended up having a really good time. we went to the uptown piano bar in new braunfels.

sunday we went shopping a bit. i got more work out clothes. he got shoes. then we visited my parents. went grocery shopping. hubster cooked stuffed atlantic salmon, crab cakes, jalapenos n' shrimp wrapped in bacon and asparagus yum! cousin d came over to eat and watch the oscars.
i finally did laundry. then we went to bed. pretty busy day.

today we painted our field trip t-shirts, saw a puppet show and had library lesson. that equals a really easy day! =) i love easy days! but next friday is the end of the 9 weeks so i have to start testing again really soon...that equals not so fun days... =/

i was just thinking the other day. i bet college would be even more fun (than it already was) now with cell fones and internet. well, we (not me) had cell fones, those real big ones, and they were only for emergency situations. and we had internet my last 2 years. but hardly anyone used it outside of the computer lab. crazy. oh well, life goes on.
