Babble

nothing entry worthy happened yesterday. i woke up late, didn't go to the gym in the morning but i did at night. i went to exchange a pair a shorts for hubster at academy then went to time warner to switch out our remote control cuz the volume button stopped working. there was a really long line and a cute boy in front of me but, of course, the older not so cute man behind me was the one that struck up conversation.

i came home, played with the new remote (i had to program the tv, cable, dvd and surround sound to it - that always makes me feel tech savvy), and that was my afternoon. i talked to ms. w and now im ever so grateful to not be doing summer school! summer school pays REALLY well but she only got monday off and tuesday she was back to work and the kids start this monday. i guess its only a month but we only get two months off, that's half ur summer. screw that!

i talked to s last night, her and w are going to start trying to get pregnant. i wish them well and happy practicing!

i want a new user pic but i cant remember how i resized the one i have now. i think that was before lil bro reformatted my computer. i guess now i dont have the same programs that i did before cuz i cant find one that will let me change the pixels.

there are lots of books i want to read this summer but i still have 3 unfinished books on my bedside table. so i guess i should finish those before i get any new books. im almost done with the celestine prophecy. i thought i would enjoy it more. ive been wanting to read it since '95, i finally got it and now its not what i imagined it would be. im getting more out of it now that im almost done but it was a very slow start. im still half way thru the vampire armand and i do believe i started reading that two years ago! most anne rice books take me no time, but this one is different. i even started and finished blackwood farm since i started armand. THAT was a GREAT book! and my 3rd unfinished book is jane austen's sense and sensibility. i know i shouldnt say this out loud but i really want to read war and peace. it's been on my nightstand since last august but i dont think i can read 2 or 3 other books at the same time as war and peace.

so far today ive gone to the gym, did arms again (so now its hard to type), went to the electric beach, ms. w called and talked me into going to school to finish cleaning. and hopefully i can talk her into going to outback tonight!
